How do I get information for teaching speed reading to my students?

I learnt speed reading when I was 11 and it has helped with work and study ever since. I want to teach it to my year 5 students but dont know how or where to find out. Is there a free website with information? I remember watching overheads with text flashing faster & faster, then completing written work. Is it still done this way?
